Meet Dr Katie Best

Katie Best is a leadership coach, consultant, and author who helps leaders tackle their toughest problems. She teaches at the London School of Economics and King's College London Business School, and is the author of The Ten Toughest Leadership Problems and How to Solve Them (Hachette, 2025). She also writes Dear Katie, a popular fortnightly newsletter in which she answers real leadership problems sent in by readers.
