I'm thrilled to say that my book, The Ten Toughest Leadership Problems and How to Solve Them, has been longlisted for the Porchlight Business Book Awards. It's a strong field - including Steve Jobs, Brené Brown and Dan Heath, but it's a thrill to be on the list with names like that and I'm delighted that the book has caught the judges' attention.
